Application Requirements

• Application will need to be completed in full
• Applicant(s) will be charged a $15 credit report fee
• Readable copies of the Applicant(s) Picture ID and Social Security Card need to be made
• A Credit Report will be secured from the credit bureau at our office.
• Applicant(s) will need verifiable income of at least 4 times the amount of rent.
• No Group Shares will be accepted.
• No Subtenants
• ALL APPLICATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO PROPERTY OWNER'S APPROVAL.
